For the first time, Chief Executive Gary Hetherington explains his philosophy on the salary cap that was supposed to make it impossible for one team to dominate, and how he built the team that was to go on and create history. He reveals how he set about replacing Tony Smith, the first coach to ever win two Championships with Leeds, with Brian McClennan and about his hopes for the future. Kevin Sinfield speaks about leadership and the bond between the squad. Jamie Peacock talks about winning and the desire needed to succeed at the very top whilst Keith Senior reflects on the achievement of winning three in a row just as Super League reaches its peak from the man who has played in every year of the summer era.
