We have taken great care in presenting the products on our website as accurately as possible. However, the images you see will depend on display and colour capabilities of your monitor. We are therefore unable to guarantee that the product images you see are an accurate representation of the actual merchandise Before you place an order you should read the following: Acceptance of your Order, Delivery Information and Returns Policy. These pages form part of these Terms and Conditions and contain important information about your order.

 

By submitting an order to us through our website, you represent and warrant that the payment details provided on your order are valid and correct, and that when your order is accepted and processed by us, payment will be made in full. If the Billing details for your order are the same as your Delivery address details, by placing an order on the website you confirm that you are the person referred to in the Delivery address details. Otherwise, by placing an order, you confirm that you are the person referred to in the Billing details.

 

Acceptance of your Order
Shortly after you have placed an order with us by pressing the ‘Make a Payment Button’ an email will be sent to you acknowledging the exact details of your order. This email is not an order confirmation or order acceptance from Leeds Rugby.

 

Order acceptance and the completion of the contract between you and Leeds Rugby will take place when your order is dispatched, unless you have cancelled the order in accordance with the Order Cancellation instructions set out below. Except for goods that are made to your specifications , we do not take payment for your goods until the order is ready for dispatch. Specially ordered goods will be charged on receipt by us of your order.

 

Non-acceptance of an order may be a result of one of the following:
The product you ordered being out of stock, see Product Availability Our inability to obtain authorization for your payment The identification of a pricing or product description error Failure to meet the eligibility to order criteria set out in the Terms and Conditions Internet orders will be confirmed by email. Should you not receive confirmation within 10 business days, please contact us by mail.
